Project: Furnace 21/22 Refurbishment works
Location: Ethylene-Polyethylene Plant. Sumgait, Azerbaijan
Work Description:

• Complete furnace shutdown, isolation, and safe dismantling works
• Removal and replacement of refractory lining and insulation materials
• Repair / replacement of radiant and convection coils
• Burner dismantling, refurbishment, alignment, and reinstallation
• Stack, ducting, and expansion joint repair
• Steel structure inspection and local reinforcement
• Installation of new piping connections and supports
• Instrumentation disconnection/reconnection and functional checks
• Hydrotesting, tightness testing, and reinstatement
