Work Description:

• Structural strengthening and renovation of a 1,100 m² reinforced concrete restaurant building
• Complete interior fit-out and furniture works within the restaurant building
Construction of 600 m² service buildings from foundation level
• Landscaping works over 33,000 m²
• Construction of a 1,600 m² open-area gym and children’s playground
• Construction of a 220 m long reinforced concrete flood protection wall
• Installation of paving stones over 5,000 m² of open area
