Project: Repair and Renovation of the Dacia Cinema

Work Description:

• Comprehensive refurbishment of a 1,176.75 m² facility (including a 892.90 m² basement) comprising an auditorium with 367 seats, stage storage, technical and auxiliary spaces, toilets including accessible facilities, and new storage areas, alongside full upgrade of water, sewage, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, low-current, audio-video and lighting systems; the project is delivered in compliance with EU nZEB standards through high-performance insulation, airtightness improvements, energy-efficient systems and low-consumption lighting, with integrated solar photovoltaic panels for on-site renewable energy generation.
